Calm Waters is a beautifully appointed stylish and contemporary holiday house in the heart of Castle Gardens. Whether you are looking for a break that is gentle or energetic, or a combination of both, Calm Waters is the ideal place to relax. Floor to ceiling windows emphasise beautiful views from all aspects. The first floor deck faces south-west towards the loch and catches the sun all afternoon and evening.
The discerning visitor will appreciate the carefully designed interior with its theme of natural oak and water. The spacious lounge is enhanced by a comfortable leather corner sofa and complemented, in the open plan dining room, by a large round solid oak table: these, combined with the breakfast bar connecting to an open plan designer kitchen, allow for an inclusive social atmosphere. A fabulous indoor water feature, made from 2000 year old schist stone, adds a subtle calmness.
Where a less calm environment is preferred, the lounge is equipped with a large flat screen multi-channel TV system and a state-of-the-art surround sound system and each of the three bedrooms has a flat screen TV and DVD/CD player.
The house has been furnished to an extremely high standard and offers luxurious, flexible accommodation for a family or group of friends. The three individually designed bedrooms are all en suite and can be configured as three king size beds, two kings and one twin or one king and two twins. A full range of kitchen appliances is provided, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, double oven, ceramic hob and microwave. A washer-dryer is fitted in the utility room.
