The Atrium is situated in a wonderful South facing position and so the spacious open plan living area with first floor deck.

The large open plan lounge is truly stunning from the sumptuous leather sofa to the Italian designer marble dining table with leather upholstered seating marble coffee table and occasional furniture and luxurious rugs to complete the room. The lounge is equipped with a large flat screen multi-channel TV and a state of the art surround sound system together with an extensive range of DVD’s. For music lovers there is a BOSE music link wireless dock compatible with any Bluetooth enabled device.

The light and airy space is further enhanced by vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that fully open out onto the first floor deck area with seating and a gas barbeque.

The dining area is light and airy with a marble dining table seating 6 leading to the luxury fully fitted kitchen with quality appliances.

The first floor Oriental themed Master bedroom affords wonderful views of the beautifully forested Drummond Hill. Each bedroom has been carefully furnished to create a distinctive and individual ambience, all have wall mounted TV’s with integrated DVD players.

Downstairs there is a twin bedroom en-suite and a bedroom with zip and link beds to be either super king or twin with en-suite. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Atrium has been furnished and equipped to a very high standard with thoughtful touches to create a very comfortable and perfect base for your stay in this stunningly beautiful corner of Perthshire.
